Utility flat bolsters

tonight after sleeping through an audio kids book two CDs long with the kids jumping around the living room I came down stairs and cut the 8 body bolsters for the utility flats.  Each is 2.5 inches wide and 7 inches long.

One thing that helped speed up the process was setting up a stop block after I cut the first one.  Not having to measure and adjust the placement each time was a time saver.

I will wait until tomorrow to cut the other two centersills to length.  I am wondering about leaving one of them long so I can have a caboose or passenger car with steps down at the end.
